CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Fabric, custom orders, special orders, hardware, upholstery supplies, home furnishing items and furniture are not returnable. I understand that custom orders are according to my specifications, and as such are not cancelable or refundable. Upon purchasing, I am approving the above charges. As a deposit, full payment is required for all fabric, trim and hardware and approximately 50% for custom labor charges. I approve of Zarin Home Corp. charging the balance upon completion and prior to installation or pick-up. Many fabrics have natural imperfections and I have both inspected the fabric and agreed to the imperfections, if any or will agree with Zarin’s inspection. Some ordered fabrics may arrive in a different dye lot than the sample it was ordered from and I agree to accept the color variation. While some fabrics may be used on the face or the back, most fabrics have an intended face for use only on that side. Unless otherwise noted in writing, Zarin will always make the final product with the face of the fabric exposed. It is my responsibility to let a non-Zarin workroom know which side I want used as the face. I am responsible for my own measurements or material (“COM”) and Zarin is not responsible for any imperfections in or on the COM fabric. By purchasing, I agree that if adjustments are necessary to the custom work I will allow Zarin to make the required changes and I am not entitled to a refund. I understand the following: if Zarin is not performing the work they are not responsible for yardage estimates; sometimes fabrics are backordered and may take longer than estimated to arrive; all orders take time and any verbal or written lead-time is only an estimate. Any changes to this order must be confirmed in writing.
