Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of the item, value and the method of shipment you select.
Use table below as a quick reference for calculating your approximate shipping charge. In some cases shipping charges may vary from the chart below. In those cases we will contact you to inform you of the additional charge or credit to your account. When cost is:

- All orders that are placed after 3:30pm EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
- All orders placed during the weekend or during a federal holiday will be shipped out on the next operating business day.
- There is no handling charge for processing your orders.
- Please call if you would like your tracking number.
- Orders ship to Canada are subject to local duties and taxes at the point of destination.
- We are not responsible for delayed deliveries by the carriers.
- Please note that UPS does NOT deliver packages to PO Boxes.
- Rods over 108" cannot be shipped, spliced only.
- If we encounter any problems processing your order you will be contacted within three business days.
Cancelling an order
ou may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our office by calling (212) 925-6112. We are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Terms
All orders are prepaid, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Delivery on stock items will take 5 to 10 days, UPS Ground. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours. We accept returns on stock items (except cut items, such as fabric), products must be in unopened packages, a 20% restocking charge will be applied plus shipping. All stocked returns must have an authorization number, call (212) 925-6112 to receive your authorization number. We ship anywhere in United States. Special order and custom components will take 3 to 4 weeks. After 14 days all sales are final and no returns. No returns on special order and custom products.
