Color Trends

Seasons 2008 thru 2009

Color Trends for the upcoming seasons, is a reflection of time, and universal awareness evolving.   As a society, a community, and a world, our collective concern and consciousness of the condition of our planet, and the desire to make a change for the better, is having a direct impact on our choices for how we decorate our interior spaces. Let Zarin Fabrics show you how to transform your home décor into an eco-friendly sanctuary, maintaining the highest quality of fabrics, and providing an entire spectrum of color and style to inspire you!

The elegance of black and white is timeless, yet always contemporary, adaptable to all varieties of "moods" and "styles"!   It is a simple combination that can compliment any look you are going for.   Bold geometric shapes and stripes in this combination offer a modernist twist on this combination.   If you have a flare for the exotic, we suggest a sexy animal print, or damasks and jacquard fabrics if you are looking for a global touch!

Who says you have to compromise color choices while creating a "green" space?   Rich, citrus green itself, combined with lighter wood tones is the most obvious combination that is reflective of the "outdoors" making its way into interior spaces!   Nature offers an entire spectrum of color that is infinite, from neutrals, to highly saturated hues!   Think of sand on the beach, and the bark of the redwood tree, and the color of the night sky, with the neon glow of the firefly.   Envision a flower garden, with white lilies, sunflowers, and the pinkest of pink roses.   Don't forget about turquoise, found in stones, and tropical waters, for sure a staple color choice of the upcoming seasons!

The darker the berry, the sweeter the juice!   Are you daring enough to go big?   If you are looking for the richest of colors available, deep blues, indigos, and purples are quite the rage!   For thousands of years, these colors have represented royalty and tradition, from the Silk Route to the Empires of early Europe.   These colors, in their deepest saturation will give your space a touch of mystery and romance, a connection to history and ancient civilizations.
